Garlic Lemon Sole

Mariah’s recipes are a way to find a creative and fun ways to utilize the freshest seafood in Oregon to make the tastiest home-cooked meals. Tony’s fish Market currently carries all the necessary ingredients needed for your meal tonight!

Sole-4-3You will need:

1 pound of Sole

4 Tbs Pepper

2 Tbs salt (Optional)

4 Tbs Garlic Powder

1 Half lemon

2 Tbs butter

Tin Foil


Pre-heat oven to 400F. Rise sole off with cold water, gently wipe water off with your hand. Lay Sole on tin foil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder onto Sole. (Add more to taste.) Squeeze lemon over the sole. Make sure to get all the fish. Place little dabs of butter over the fish, each dab should be around 2 inches apart. Wrap the edges of the tin foil up over the fish so that the fish is covered, leave a little tent for ventilation. Cook for 15 minutes or until Sole is pure white and flaked.
