::  Flavored Smoked — $2.50 per pound
::  Original & Flavor — $2.50 per pound

CANNING PROCESSES
Salmon, Steelhead & Trout

Fresh Canning

::  $2.50 per can (canned in steaks)
::  $3.00 per can (skinless fillets)

Smoked & Canning

::  $3.25 per can

No fresh canned services. May be smoked and canned only


TUNA CANNING PROCESSES

Fresh Canning

::  $2.50 per can (if brought in pre-filleted)
::  $3.00 per can (if brought in whole)

Smoked & Canning

:: $3.00 per can (if brought in pre-filleted)
:: $3.50 per can (if brought in whole)


FILLET CHARGES

::  Salmon & Steelhead — $5.00 each fish
::  Albacore Tuna — $8.00 each fish
::  Trout — $2.00-$5.00 each fish (depending on size)

Add $3.00 per fish if not gutted


VACUUM PACKING

::  Black Retail Packs — $1.25 per bag
::  1-2 pound bags — $2.25 per bag
::  Side bags — $3.00 per bag
::  Oversized bags — $4.50 per bag


PROCESSING TIME

::  Filleting Only — 1-4 Business days after drop off day
::  Smoking & Vacuum Packing — 2-8 Business days after drop off day
::  Smoked Fish ONLY — 2-5 Business days after drop off day

Please Note:

::  All Canning Processing Turnaround subject to change
::  Canned or vacuum packed fish must be picked up within 30 days after processing is complete
::  Bulk smoked fish must be picked up within 5 days after processing
::  Please see processing times to know when your order should be ready. You may call to check on your order before you come in to pick it up. Tony’s does not call when done.


FISH ARE ACCEPTED FOR PROCESSING:

Monday through Saturday — 10am–5pm
Sunday — 11am–4pm
