Tony's Smokehouse & Cannery, Inc. produces high quality smoked fish and seafood products. Our processing plant includes computerized stainless steel Enviro-pak smokehouses. With Enviro-pak state of the art smokehouses the humidity, airflow, smoke, and head are controlled to a single degree. This has enabled our comapny to continue the old fashioned wood house smoked taste with the state of the art technology.
Tony's Smokehouse is HACCP certified and follows all Federal guidelines for processing.
Tony's Smokehouse is Kosher inspected and approved yearly.
Shipping information for non-refrigerated products: We ship UPS ground. UPS estimated arrival time is one to ten days, depending on the product's destination.
